Pursue the truth, protect the innocent, and hold offenders accountable under the law. Every case should be evaluated carefully, based on the facts and evidence, with fairness for victims, defendants, and families. Richard believes public safety and equal treatment under the law must always go hand in hand.

Lead the District Attorney’s Office with the ethical judgment and respect public service requires. The people of the Atlantic Judicial Circuit deserve decisions made for the right reasons—not politics, pressure, or personal gain. Richard will bring experienced judgment, transparency, and accountability to the office and expect those same standards from every member of the team.

Community

Serve every community in the Atlantic Judicial Circuit with professionalism, fairness, and care. A District Attorney should be present, listen to victims, law enforcement, and community leaders, and understand the distinct needs of all six counties. Richard believes stronger local relationships help build trust and make the justice system more responsive to the people it serves.
