When you submit a campaign form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, county, volunteer interests, and message. We use this information to respond to your requests, coordinate volunteer activities, and provide the updates you request. We record text-message signup choices, the date and time, the form used, and the consent disclosure.

Text messaging and your privacy

No mobile information will be shared by us with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS program terms

By choosing the optional text-message checkbox and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive campaign updates, get-out-the-vote reminders, and informational text messages from Richard Braun for District Attorney. Donations may be solicited. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies.
